




I have no clue, but here's an idea incase it gets the juices flowing. I know that "Jello" makes pistachio pudding. I purchase one ingredient for my mousse, which is called "dobash", it's the chocolate agent (I'm not sure if this is a known thing, or just what the little supplier store where I shop calls it). Anyway, perhaps you can use the pistachio flavored jello pudding with your whipped cream base (or however you make your mousse)? I know you can do that with rasberry preserves to get a raspberry mousse.... good luck & if/when you find a recipe, I'd LOVE it!
