Shelf Stable Strawberry Filling

Can anyone share a recipe for strawberry filling that does not need refrigeration? I don't have access to the filling sleeves and I'd like to do something other than jam or flavored bc.

I shared my fresh strawberry filling recipe in this post. It does not need to be refrigerated once it is in the cake.

Thanks for your recipe. I use to pick fresh strawberries from a farm near by my house. Now I got your recipe so not to worry about remaining strawberries. Instead of freezing I will make this filling.
