Number "3" Cakes

Can someone help me with creating a number 3 cake the cake tins I've found cost about £20 and I will only get to use it the once, any tips and hints on creating one. Thanks in advance

I drew mine out in two sheets of 8x11 printer paper.Depending on the size you need.I used a pencil so I could erase parts if it looked crooked.Keep drawing until it looks the way you want it.You could also print the letter 3 from the web and trace that!!

What I have done is used a strip of poster board and covered it in a few layers of aluminum foil and shape in any shape you want using tape, paper clips, etc. Place on a cookie sheet and fill with batter. It works just like any other cake pan.

Oh sorry..I misunderstood.You need a pan...I wouldn't even know where to start!

Pm me your email address and I can send you a pattern, use your ring or bundt pan bake 2 cakes in them, cut a quarter section out of one ring and slightly less than half from the other ring. The ring with the quarter section cut out is the top of the 3 and then place the other ring slightly up on the outside of the bottom of the top ring. The cuts on the bottom ring should be slightly angled so it will nestle alongside of the top ring slightly in. Hope this makes sense if not pm me and I will send you a picture of what I mean.
