HI, I just bought some mini muffin pans today and plan to bake mini cupcakes for the first time. I saw a previous post that said 11-12 minutes baking time. Is this at 350? Also, how many can I expect from a box mix? Any other tips?
thanks

These were so cute for winter or Xmas, I just had to include.

I just did a doctored strawberry recipe and it made 82 mini cupcakes.

I made cupcakes yesterday. I used a box mix, not doctored and made 24 mini and 10 regular sized. Plus had a little left over.
