Where do you all buy your white chocolate for making the cakes and icing? I can't seem to find anything but Ghiradelli and it's SOOOOOO expensive. Are the "white chips" the same as white chocolate?? Any tips appreciated!!

I use the Baker's White Chocolate bar. You can find it at Wal-Mart in the baking section with all the other chocolates.

all of the local grocery stores here including Wal-Mart have the white chocolate..Baker's is the brand....the white chips are not always "white chocolate"....has to do with the cocoa butter content or something.
