The one from the back of the powder coco can? If so here it is.
"PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" CHOCOLATE FROSTING
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine
2/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Melt butter. Stir in cocoa. Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency. Add small amount additional milk, if needed. Stir in vanilla. About 2 cups frosting.

It's on here in the recipes. It's called Chocolate Syrup Frosting. And it's delicious!!!!!!! I also love the recipe on the cocoa box that mom2seven posted. The chocolate cake off of it is awesome too!
