i have never made one before... and i really don't know about charging. i made this for a friend but i'd like to try and sell them sometime. the cookies are mixed sizes, small 2" hearts, 4" faces, 4" onesies, 3" bottles (10 cookies in all)... plus the bucket, the florist foam, the ribbon, etc, etc... oh, and i shouldn't forget about my time, too.
anyway, how much would YOU charge for this arrangement?
I charged $15 for 6 cookies hopes this helps...

I agree, I think around $50.. That is sooo cute btw.. I had to save the pic. 
I chargerd $15 for 4 cookies ( a discounted price) I would say no less than $40 that is for sure.. I love this one by the way

Speaking of buckets and containers for cookie bouquets. I was in the Dollar Tree a few days ago and they had some great decorative pots and tin (in bronze color) pails all for $1 each. Some were ceramic with spring colors, some plastic and some tin. I really wanted to stock up, but guess what, I've never made a cookie bouquet before, and don't know exactly when I will start. I just know it something I'd like to try.

I charge $2.50 per cookie for the "normal" size cookie
And I charge .75 for the mini cookies (which I use as fill-in's)
Everyone around here says that I am not charging enough but that store Cookies by Design is not to far from me and they charge $6.50 per cookie!!!
Now, i think that is a rip off but thats just my opinion.
I figure $2.50 is fair since I am not an actual store.
And as for the buckets or containers to put them in, I always check my dollar store where I find great items! I try to match the holiday. Like for mothers day, I will be using a silver bucket that has tulips and butterflies on it which I found at the dollar store last year so I bought 20 of them!!!

what you've got to do (I used to sell gift baskets for a living) is figure up the cost of ingredients first..........then you usually mark it up 300% (yes that's right, that's the figure) then you figure in your time (baking, decorating, clean up) multiplied by the amount you want to make per hour 10 bucks/hr. is moderate........and you'll have your figure.........so if it cost you 5 dollars to make the cookies and to put it in the container with foam, ribbon, packaging (which is pretty low by the way)...then that would mark up to 15 dollars......then if you spent 1 hr. baking, 1 hr. decorating, and 1 hr. cleaning up.......you're already looking at ........a minimum of 45 dollars!!! Thats only if you manage to get your ingredients and packaging materials for five bucks!!!

I'm new to the forum and new to cakes as well. I'm really inspired by your cookie bouquet and just wanted to know if you would let me know where to start as far as how and where to begin. Also, there are quite a few ladies on the forum who doesn't use cookie cutters, and I guess my question to you is did you use cookie cutters for the baby cookies. Sorry so many questions, but I'm just a rookie and I wanna try a cookie bouquet this weekend to give for Mother's Day.

If you look through the first couple of pages in the Cookies forum, there have been several good threads lately with lots of information on making the cookie bouquets, from how to put the sticks in to decorating, arranging and wrapping.
Look through them and then ask if you have specific questions, there are lots of us who are here to answer questions!
