Hello everyone!

I just got a very last minute request to do some chocalate covered strawberries for a bridal shower this sunday... and though I have done regular strawberries before.. I am petrified to do these...

Has anyone done any of them before or have any suggestions/directions on how to? I want them to come out perfect of course.. since its someone's bridal shower.. thats a big deal.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!! Thank you!!!! Below are some photo's I had found... to give you an idea of what the mother had requested

I just did some tuxedo ones. Dip the whole strawberry in the white chocolate and let it harden, then you dip each side in the dark chocolate and that gives you the v you want. Then I take a piping bag and do the dots and the tie. They are really not that hard. For the dress ones, in the one picture it looks like they ran some sort of comb across it before it set. The other ones looked like they dipped them, and then piped on the beads to the dress. HTH!!

They're really very easy. Here's a video from kraft. Ignore the recipe and make sure to use well-tempered chocolate.

The dress works on the same principle. I usually add a very small hint of pink candy color to the white chocolate ( so they're flesh toned) Then dip again. ( think strapless dress) then pipe on some pearls with a number 2 tip.

In the top picture the white chocolate is drizzled to make the design on the wedding dress.
