I'm going to try writing with the piping gel transfer. How long does it take to dry before I can flip it over onto the cake?

I usually just let it sit for like 5-10 min. max....Im very impatient...it just needs to set up some...becomes firmer...it doesn't necessarily dry completely

With all the piping gel transfers I have done I have always flipped it over onto the cake as soon as I outlined the pattern with piping gel. You want to piping gel to still be atleast a little wet when you transfer so you can see the pattern on your cake.
