I figured what better place to look then here with all my Spanish friends! We would appreciate any help! If you have any easy recipes that aren't cake that would work too thumbs_up.gif Thank you sooo much for the help!! thumbs_up.gif ~TC~

Amigas ecuatorianas - TC necesita una receta para la clase de espanol de su hija. Ella pregunta si el Tres Leches es de alla.
Indica que preferiria una receta de bizcocho, pero si hay alguna facil de otra cosa, igual lo agradeceria.

Hi, i live in P.R. but my father is from Ecuador. I like some ecuatorians food.
I like to eat cebiche, (seafood salad), pan de almidon de yuca ( thats pretty easy) and the recipe that i love is tortitas de platano;
that one is
3 Platanos
2 eggs
a little bit of salt
about 1/2 cup of milk
and white cheese
Blend the platanos with the milk and the eggs and the salt. Remove it from the blender and then add the cheese cutted in little squares. Grease a pan and put in the oven at 325, about 30 mints. Sorry for my english, someone help me with this.
No se el tiempo exacto pq yo hago la receta casi siempre mas liquiada para freirla.
If you need another recipe just send me a pm

On the recipe Platanos means plantains I don't know if you can get them at your local grocery store. I find plantains sometimes at Kroger's.
If you have a lot of hispanics in your area it might be easier for you to find them.

Hi, I am from Ecuador, and always do 3 Leches cake for my friends, and they says is delicious...

3 Leches cakes is from Ecuador too, my recipe is easy to do...

You need a vanilla cake, I prefer Golden Vanilla and you need to prepare exactly as per the directions from the box...
1 can of sweetened milk
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of regular milk
1 cup of whipping cream
a little sugar
When the vanilla cake is cool, you need to do a little holes with a fork. Combine the 3 milk in a bowl and pour into the pan with the vanilla cake.
Then with a mixer beat the whipping cream and add a little sugar as you want. Frost the cake with this and that's it. You can decorated with cherries.
