I really want to try the flavored creamer in my cake/bc. I know the liquid creamers are SO SO good, but was wondering if the powdered were just as good adding to a cake. Has anyone tried and compared both?
It just seems a little more practical to buy the powdered and keep a few flavors on hand, or is it worth it to get the liquid as needed?
thanks
Deb

i ONLY use the powdered in my cakes......however I find that with the icings, depending on which one it can make it somewhat gritty so I disolve the powdered creamer in the liquid that's going into the icing, milk, extracts, etc. and then add it and it takes away all the grittiness......the powdered stay good so long in the cupboard that's all I buy......sometimes I use it quickly and other times not so quickly so I like to know that I've always got some around that's not going to go bad!
