Intensive Decorating Classes In Dallas, Tx Area?????

I am looking for a 2-4 day intensive decorating classes in the Dallas, TX area. If anyone has taken one, could you please give me some feedback???

There's one in Houston coming up in October with Earlene Moore. I'm not sure how far you are away from Lubbock (I should probably know having lived in Texas all my life), but I think that is where she normally holds her classes.

Check out Cake Carousel (Richardson). Nick Lodge is going to be there April 1-4. I've taken Earlene Moore's class there as well (4 days). It was GREAT! They have frequent visiting decorators, you may want to check out their website: http://www.cakecarousel.com/
Pretty sure that Winbeckler will be at the California Cake Camp in Vegas in September. Check out Califonia Cake Camp and look at the schedule. It will be great. Lots of Classes. Oh, how I wish to have a cake with Bronwen Weber.
I second cakecarousel, they have a calender on their websight of all the classes until june. I live in cake carousel they are all nice and have more classes that anyone. If you are looking for something more profesional ElCentro College has a wonderful culinary department and offers classes also. DOnt forget that the I.C.E.S. convention will be at the new Gaylord Texas Resort in grapvine and I'm pretty sure their will lots of demos.
Hate to Highjack this thread but does anyone know of any cake clubs in the area that meet???
