Can I Freeze Cool Whipped Frosting?

I made some of the cool whipped frosting from cc and I have some left over. I am going to need some next weekend for a cake also. Will it still be good next weekend if I throw it in the freezer?

You can freeze cool whip, so I would think it would be okay. You'd probably have to re-whip it when thawed.
