Hi,
I have seen the measure "a stick of butter" written several times on recipes around the forum but can anyone tell me what's the real weight of a stick of butter? Preferably in grams... icon_rolleyes.gif
I just want to get my recipes right, particularly the buttercream dream recipe.
Many thanks.

1 "stick" of butter is equal to 1/2 cup or 8 Tablespoons.

One stick of butter weighs 4 oz. or approximately 115 grams (113.398 exactly).
