What is meringue powder and where can I buy it? I found a recipe on this site for cookie icing I would like to try but not sure about that ingredient. Thank you so much!

its basically powder egg whites...and is used to help icing dry hard. i get mine from michaels, bulk barn also has it. hth! oh, and welcome!!!!

Any place that offers Wilton cake dec classes should sell it as well. Bulk Barn is in Canada (assuming you are from States since you mention hobby lobby). The bulk barn stuff I am not thrilled with as the texture of the powder is that of powdered milk, lumpy not fine like the Wilton stuff.
