Oh. My. Gosh.

I just ate the most amazing piece of chocolatey, peanut buttery heaven.

Reese's has just recently come out with their new Crispy Crunchy Bar.

Let me describe it for you:

The bottom 1/2 of the candy bar is this crispy peanut butter madness that melts in your mouth (think Butterfinger, but lighter and crispier, and without the getting-stuck-in-your-teeth part). On top of that is a thick layer of Reese's creamy peanut butter. Then, the whole thing is enrobed in chocolate mixed with chopped peanuts.

Let me just say it again ... Oh. My. Gosh.

I am a peanut butter/chocolate freak. Peanut butter mixed with chocolate anything is my major weakness. I love Butterfinger, Reese's Sticks ... heck, I've even been known to dip a Hershey's bar into a jar of peanut butter!

This candy bar blows away any other chocolate/peanut butter concoction I have ever tasted. To. Die. For. Complete Party In My Mouth. icon_lol.gif

I implore all of you chocolate/peanut butter lovers to please try it! It is soooo worth every gram of fat and calorie!!!! icon_twisted.gif

YUM.

I made a diet version of choclate and peanut butter. Make sugar free Jello choclate pudding mix in 1 or 2 tablespoons peanut butter. I is really good to stasify a craving.

YAAAAAAAy I loooove that candy bar, it was love at first bite. Its a cross between a butterfinger and a baby ruth, minus the caramel, although I think carmel would be a nice addition to it.....haha. MMMMMMMMMM....I like take 5's cookie candy bar. Those 2 are definitely in my top 5 candy bar favorites. I think that Nutrageous is my one true love.

Ohhh ... now I'm hungry for anything chocolate and peanut butter!!!

I will say this ... when I've been on diets in the past (and there have been LOTS of them!!! icon_cry.gif), I found a recipe for a wonderful "diet" choc/pb treat. Take a sugar free Fudgesicle and chop it up in a bowl. Then, add a couple tablespoons of natural peanut butter (the kind you keep in the fridge, with no sugar added) and mix it in. Granted, it's not a Reese's Crispy Crunchy Bar, but it's pretty darn good!! icon_biggrin.gif
