Is it possible to write on dark chocolate with a white edible color pen? I want to make chocolate plaques.

NO, because chocolate has some kind of oil or grease in and on it even when it's firm, the ink won't stay.. you can use melted chocolate or royal icing, just use the smallest round tip to write. With FOndant, yes, it will work, but not with chocolate..
