How Many Cake And Filling Flavors Do You Offer?

Here's what I have so far, this is actually for cupcakes and things that I've made before. Should I add some sort of whipped icing and/or filling to this list?
Cake:
Chocolate
Vanilla
Orange
Lemon
Red Velvet
Carrot Cake
Icing:
Chocolate Butter cream
Vanila Butter cream
White Chocolate Buttercream
Cream Cheese
Chocolate Ganache
Fillings:
Any Frosting flavor
Lemon curd
Pastry cream
Caramel
Strawberry
Raspberry
Vanilla Custard
Chocolate Custard

Wow, that's a lot. What you could do (I often see bakeries put this on their websites) is put "We can acommodate" or "ideas welcome" or something to let people know that they aren't SOLELY limited to THOSE flavors. Then you could decide which to acommodate and which to not.

Here's what I offer:
Cake flavors: Banana, Butter Pecan, Caramel, Carrot, Chocolate Fudge, Devil's Food, Vanilla, Lemon, Marble (any two flavors), Orange, Pineapple, Raspberry, Red Velvet, Spice, Strawberry, White, and Yellow
Fillings: Apple, Fresh Banana Cream, Bavarian Cream, Cherry, Coconut Cream, Chocolate Cream, Cookies & Cream, Key Lime, Lemon, Mango Cream, Mocha Cream, Pineapple, Raspberry, Strawberry
Icings: Buttercream, Chocolate Buttercream, Whipped Cream, Chocolate Whipped Cream, Cream Cheese, Fondant, and Chocolate Ganache
I also offer several specialty cakes (tiramisu, apple pecan, coconut, german chocolate, mango, pumpkin, triple chocolate truffle) and other specialty items (cupcakes, petite cupcakes, chocolate covered strawberries, buckeyes, and cheesecake).
There are definitely some flavors/fillings/items that are ordered much more than others, but I have gotten orders for everything on my menu, so I haven't had to eliminate anything yet.
I think nglez09 had a good idea about accommodating other flavors, if that's something you want to do.
Hope this helps!
