I believe I used leaf green and a dot of moss green. If the doesn't work, you could try green, little yellow, and a touch of black. Little toothpick dots. I really hope this helps you. In my pictures I used this color for my Italy picture. Italy was fondant also. Let me know how it goes!!

I use Wiltons Juniper or Moss with a touch of brown. I believe the Juniper is a bit darker than Moss, so whichever works for what you are trying to achieve. You can brightened it with a bit of yellow if it seems too green. One hint that comes from Nic Lodge is to mix the color into a small ball of fondant about the size of a marble, so the color is about two shades darker than what you want the finished color to be. Then knead the ball of colored paste into the remaining white fondant. It mixes more evenly without specks of color in the rolled paste.
