I've seen some pictures posted on this site for toilet bowl cakes and was so curious to see how they were made. I wanted to do one for a friend's birthday that's coming up soon. Thanks.

Weldome to Cake Central. The best way is to send a PM to the decorator who made one of the cakes you admire.

I made some PERFECT poop candy for my 13 yr old's b'day using crushed chocolate graham crackers and choc...piped it thru a ziploc...the kids were leery about eating it at first...was delicious though, and would go great with one of those gross cakes!

I make a toilet cake using the horse shoe pan...I put a coffee filter in the "bowl" of it and attach it with a shell border. I make a "lid" with a piece of poster board and write "Ain't it the S**** being 50" I stand the poster board upright and use straws taped to the back of it to hold it in place. Then I take a king size Tootsie Roll and put it in the microwave for about 8 seconds and then mold it like a pile of poo. For a little added grossness, you can tear off a little bit of toilet paper and stick it to the Tootsie Roll. One time (at band camp!) I used a dish for the toilet bowl and poured Mountain Dew in it and then put the Tootsie Roll in that. The next time I make a toilet I will take a picture and post it.

It makes you look at a Tootsie Roll in a whole different light after seeing this cake!!

Mine is in my pix, used an 8 or 10 inch round, then stacked a hollowed out round on top of it, crumb coated, put in colored piping gel and a almond joy mini bar. The tank is (2) 7x11 cut in 1/2 and stacked.
I took a piece of cardboard and wrapped fondant for the lid and freehanded the fasteners and handle.
