So, I'll be baking some french macarons. Something I've never even tried before. So my question is;

What is your favourite flavor?

My favorite, and probably my customer's favorite is just vanilla bean IMBC.

I do two different flavors each week, some sell great, some not so much. :)

The flavor that sold the least over the past couple months: strawberry mint.  That one was a dog where I live.  Fresh mint folded into IMBC with strawberry preserves.

Other popular flavors: lemon curd or lemon IMBC, raspberry, chocolate ganache, almond, pineappple, baklava, salted caramel, pecan praline, lime coconut.

Hope this helps.

Italian Meringue Buttercream, it tastes amazing.

Favourite that I make Passionfruit and Milk Chocolate Ganache, it may sound a little weird to put Passionfruit in Milk choc but it is divine.
