Hi guys,

Im thinking about starting a cupcake business from home, just doing catering and parties. Do i need to apply for any type of permit? Im located in San Francisco. What are the steps? I'll take any advice! Thanks for your time everyone!

Jason,

I was wondering if you know anything related to the copyright law in regards to calling a cake certain chocolate brand names. Such as a snicker cupcake, almond joy, reeses pieces, etc. Is that legal? thanks for your time!

I wouldn't use any trademarked names in your ads or product names unless you have permission from their owners.
