That's some great detective work :)
For future reference, you can upload photos to this site, and it searches the web for anywhere else it has been posted online. It's a great tool for checking to see if your cake photos are being used anywhere as well.

Just do a random google search.............? I'm tired and I must not be understanding. Please explain.
First I right click on the image and save it to my desktop. Then, on the Google Images page (I'm on a desktop PC using Firefox), on the right side of the search box there is an icon of a camera. If you hover over it, it says "Search by image." Click on the camera.
Then click on "upload an image," then click "browse," and navigate to the picture on your computer. Select the file and click "open."
The results will be the places where the image appears. Lots of them are not helpful in trying to find a cake maker or a recipe (e.g., Pinterest, wedding sites that just gather pictures of pretty cakes), but if you are diligent, you usually find the one you want.
It bothers me that these cake pictures are captured and reposted all over the web without giving credit to the cake maker.
"My mama didn't raise no stupid hamsters."
(I put that in quotation marks because of the deliberate bad grammar and the fact that my mama didn't actually raise any hamsters. I didn't transmogrify until after she was gone....)
Click the link. It shows you. It's not a random Google search, it's a completely separate search function from regular Google.

Pinterest is a BIG culprit in this mess. No one credits correctly, cares to make sure the thing they are pinning is the original source....blah.
I've posted hundreds of photos on my blog and later found some without credit on websites, Facebook, Pinterest, etc. A few times I've asked people to remove the photos. The usual reply is that since it was found on the web then it belongs to everyone.
So Shanter, if your transmogrification is not complete, I have a job for you...

I especially hate the dead link! I always check the info & link before repining. I wish there was a way to post comments. Seriously! Right up there with people saying Sal-Mon!
