Black n' white themed cake - polka dots, zebra, romantic and rockn' roll

Hi 

 

I am trying to figure out what a customer wants haha, but his 10 year old girl is having her 10 year old birthday. The invitations and decorations are polka dots and zebra pattern and everything is black and white and also something romantic and rock n' roll. This is only for 15 people so I already baked a 10 inch cake which I intended to use but can of course change it if you can help me with any good ideas :) Would be greatly appreciated, have to do this for Friday

i would find an old black vinyl record to use for my cake plate

(check my closet--hahaha)

 

i'd just do zebra stripes coming up the sides and lapping up over the top

 

i'd make small white dots to adorn the wider part of the stripe tapering off to no dots

 

a romance idea for a 10 year old's cake ? i'd pipe her name in a lacey pattern
