The best cream cheese buttercream recipe

Can someone give me the recipe of it? I am going to make a red velvet cake and decorate it by rose swirls. How much buttercream do I need?

Earlene Moore's website has a very good cream cheese bc recipe.  And since we don't know how big your cake is, we don't know how much icing you need.

wiltons website also has a good one. i use just cream cheese , vanilla, and icing sugar but can also add cream to change consistancy.
