Chocolate cake?

I need a new chocolate cake recipe.  I really love the epicurious recipe but I'm looking for something a bit fluffier.

 

I have had all kinds of problems with the Hershey's choclate cake recipe.  It sinks, the tops get hard, etc and it just isn't that great IMO.  It isnt very chocolatey.

 

I use a really good quality chocolate, just looking for a great recipe.

Awesome.  I like that her recipe uses oil and not butter...I try to stick with oil, makes for a better cake IMO.

I make a couple of changes to it.  It's very similar to Ina's.  Insted of water I use 1 cup of strong coffee and 1 cup of buttermilk. 

 

The recipe bakes up nicely.  It domes and isn't flat, but it doesn't bake up really high.  You have to be careful not to overfill it.  the batter is really runny...but it's my favorite so far.
