Mel - he is superb!  Well done.  I have to get myself sorted with moulding chocolate soon (not worked with it before) but am still trying to decide if I should make it or buy some when I'm at Cake International on Friday.

I was so excited to receive a call from Japan from a woman who was going to be in the states and wanted this for her husband's birthday while visiting. In case you are like me and didn't know what is was, it's a character from the Alien VS Predator movie.

Courtney, it just occurred to me that I have made copies of your desings without your permission! Both the baby and the mermaid. Yours are much much better. I actually came across them on Google. Sorry! I'll be sure to credit you on my Flickr account!

This is my most recent 3D cake of Jack and Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas. It was a little tricky due to the base terrain and the spindly-ness of Jack Skellington, but I thought it turned out sweet despite the scaling issues! Unforrrtunately.... I got a very small deposit on this cake, and believe it or not it never got picked up! Despite trying to contact the customer numerous times and leaving tons of messages...It is still in my walk-in. :( I think i will donate it somewhere...

A great anniversary cake for Nightmare fans! Figures made with modeling chocolate on wire skeletons. Hill is a RKT chunk covering in hard chocolate and then buttercream.

This one is special because I made it for The Walking Dead star Norman Reedus, and presented it to him at a Comic Con recently. He liked it so much he may print it in his upcoming book of fan art! YESSS! :)

This cake featuring Daryl Dixon from The Walking Dead is a special one for me. It was for my wife and I to present to Norman Reedus at a Comic Con appearance he was making. Not only did he LOVE the cake, but took pictures with it all day, as well as pics with his phone of it. It may even make an appearance in an upcoming book of fan art he is releasing!! Awesome!!

A

I made this last minute cake for my hubbys 30th birthday. I used what I could Find in my house and it worked out :) best part was that my sister told me that my hubbys cousin (who was babysitting at my house for my sister's kids)... complained about us not having food. .. only soup and a fish in the fridge (we were getting ready to move so we didn't shop much just to move it)... she actually thought at first glance it was a fish lol
