For a 70-year-old avid gardener who likes to plant flowers and vegetable. Just for fun, I buried some gold coins (chocs in gold wrapper) in the cake. Nine sticks in the vegetable nursery and three butterflies. 9 and 3 are numbers that symbolizes longevity in Chinese ;-)

Thanks for posting on cupcake bouquets! Made these for mother's day. I piped the flowers differently and added a sugar paste bumble bee. The bumble bee is attached to a wire, so when the bouquet was carried the bee bounced about a bit, looking like a real bee buzzing about.
