[quote]It was not a forum post I saw RFT in. It was some descriptions of peoples cakes and what they were made of.
When i was searching for the answer ot this RFT acronym, i found this post in a thread
Had a thought ...what if a subtle reference was made to her occupation...like a water setting....the timeline of stuff could be resting on dingies(sp?) and she's on a boat....heading toward the horizon..."smooth sailing from now on..." OSLT
and now i don't know what OSLT is??
any ideas or experiences?
Also,
how about TSM (thanks so much)
or something like WST (with sincere thanks)
for all of those CC member's who just go out of their way to assist others
Thanks!

So so glad I found this topic!!!! No one wants to be the idiot new person asking every post what Mmf means of bc etc etc!!! Whew this saved me!
Some I am very familiar with and some I wasn't quite clear on and was afraid to ask.
Lemon........
Thank you very much for offering me this piece of information, I am new around here and don't really know all the acronyms.
Thanks for the info. I wasn't for sure on some of the abbreviations, but this helped alot!
is there an actual list?
i don't know if I'm just being my usual dumb self, but this http://cakecentral.com/acronyms/ doesn't seem to be working, I can only see 6 abbreviations when I click on the link
a compiled list would really really be great, because I'm very new to all of this and am embarrassed to keep asking what things mean. thanks!
I keep having to search for acronym meanings, so this link is SO HELPFUL! I compiled everything in one list and saved it on my desktop, so that the next time I am stumped, I can look it up in my own Cake Central Dictionary
I'm going to paste it here in case this might be of use to other newbies like me

Hi I just joined *waves hello*, but I can't find the acronyms page.
I followed the link to: http://cakecentral.com/acronyms/ but it goes to the home page with a different page title - I can't see a list anywhere.
Has it moved?
