This is similar to the frosting on Olive Garden’s lemon cake, it is AWESOME!!
Lemon Whipped Cream and cream cheese filling
Ingredients
- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Whip Heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In separate bowl whip cream cheese until fluffy, and slowly add powdered sugar. Mix until well incorporated, and add lemon juice.
- Carefully fold in whipped cream, and enjoy!
- This is also good with orange juice instead of lemon, and sometimes I add a box of vanilla pudding and 1/2 tsp lemon extract to the whipped cream, MMMmmmm!!!!

Does this seep into the cake or is it firm enough for a white cake? What's the ratio or recipe with the pudding? Do you just add the pudding mix to the original recipe? I would really appreciate your answer as I want to use this tomorrow. Thank you.
