April Fool's Day Egg Cupcakes
Made these for April Fool's Day this year. Got the idea from the book "Hey There, Cupcake!" White cupcakes frosted with buttercream. Yolk is fondant that I shaped in one of my measuring spoons.

Those are really cute! I'll bet you could mold candy melts into the yolks too. These are great!

That's a great idea, would you believe i have that book and never noticed those in there!!! hahahaha
lol The book actually says to use apricot halves for the yolks, but since I make these ahead of time to bring to work, I didn't want the fruit to get yucky looking. So I used fondant instead.
