My son's wedding cake. Lemon cake with raspberry filling. BC icing. It was probably one of the most difficult cakes to make due to the fact that I was the mother of the groom. My nerves were on edge. I didn't have the patience I have with most wedding cakes. My son is a computer science major and penguins have a special meaning to him. The mmf penguins road from N.C. to Ohio in my purse, in a plastic container to make sure the summer heat didn't melt them. TFL!
