This cake was made to display at a state park where they were having a sand castle buidling contest. After the winners were announced the cake was cut and served everyone. Vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. The turrets are RKT. The tops of all turrets are gumpaste. It is all covered in buttercream then covered with crushed Nilla Wafers. The seashells are molded candy. The pail and shovel are made from gumpaste.
