This is the cake I made for my daughter's Sweet 16. The bottom tier was made to look like rosettes the next white tier is quilting pattern with crystal accents then the top white is covered in sugar crystals made to look like snow with gum paste bow and handmade snowflake. A lot of work went into this cake, but it was all worth it! Thanks for all the cakes on this site that I used for inspiration!!
