Why is he so confused about reading his map?? lol The cake was based on a small hilly section of map, there are 5 layers; 2 layer 11" round as a base and three upper layers getting smaller to represent the hills. all the contour lines are cocoa butter and petal dust so it wouldn't bleed into the white fondant.
