First, I would like to thank Sweetlifecake and tamiscakes for inspiring me to try this. This was made to honor my Uncle David who passed away in October doing what he loved to do best, traveling in South America. Tallest cake-Red Velvet, one cake is pina colada with crushed pineapple, one is strawberry and single layer BC. This was made for his Memorial Service. Flowers are fondant made on skewers. TFL
