This is a 2 tiered buttercream covered cake decorated in a Monsters Inc theme with the character Mike on top made from 2 cupcakes covered in fondant. The added decorations of a clipboard with the birthday boy's name on it, a pencil and a hard hat were all made from gumpaste.
