Right click on the photo and click on Save Image As.
This should open a window up to save the image and then you select the folder where you want the photo saved to.

They are so you can write on them with colored pencils and sort of scribble a flower or border on it. It looks more professional than just plain paper in my opinion.

If someone "bumps" a thread in a forum, it means that they are making that thread go back to the topmost point of the forum, thus allowing more people to see it since it may have "sunk" down off of the first page or first pages of the forum threads.
