I saw a post on here where someone listed what they used for cake mix extender. Whomever it was said they use a packet of flavored pudding (whatever would compliment the flavor of the cake). I have looked all over for that post and can't seem to find it. Does anyone remember that post? Or, does anyone else use an extender recipe that calls for pudding mix?

Thanks,
Rhonda

I use one box instant pudding and one extra egg plus whatever the mix calls for. HTH

Sometimes I use 1 box pudding (cheesecake is awesome in fr vanilla), 1 c sour cream, 3/4 cup water, 4 eggs, 1/4 oil in my cake mix. Yummy!
