I made an angelfood cake last week and still have the yolks in my fridge. Should I chuck them, or can I still salvage them for some use?

Thanks!

When I have left-overs of any type, I use my nose and if they don't stink, I eat them, or at least try them out on my husband. I haven't killed him...yet.

You can keep yolks in the freezer. Freeze them individually in a lightly greased ice cube tray (or chocolate mold) and put them in a freezer baggie. Pop them out when needed!
