IT Analyst turned into cake designer. Empty nester took a couple of cake classes at Michaels craft store and discovered my newfound passion. I decorated my first cake for my daughters birthday and I fell in love with the design aspect and the challenges. When I'm not baking I love learning new techniques like making sugar flowers or fondant figurines. I also love reading, gardening and traveling in my spare time.
