I've been creating wedding cakes from my own designs for fifteen years now, having studied cake design, baking, and patisserie for four years, during which time I won bronze in the International Sugarcraft exhibition 1997. All this followed a busy time bringing up two delightful children. That in turn was preceded by another career demanding dedication, patience and precise skills - dancing with the Royal Ballet, Covent Garden. |
