About YenersWay

Hi CakeCentral and all the amazing cake artists here! I founded Yeners Way with my son Serkan, to share knowledge and passion for the art of cake decorating, with the world. After a lifetime of working as an Executive Pastry Chef in many hotels around the world, I decided to create something of my own and opened a cake shop in 1996. So for about 20 years, we ran the family cake business called Yeners Cakes, located in Eastern Australia. At Yeners Cakes, we literally made thousands and thousands of cakes for all occasions and events. It's been a few years since the idea of Yeners Way was conceived, and after a year in the making and with the help of my son Serkan, we created the Yeners Way website as a platform for me to share my cake decorating ideas with the world. Yeners Way was launched in April 2014 and we are absolutely honored to have been a Finalist in the Best Learning Experience category at the Cake Masters Magazine Awards 2015 and 2017. At Yeners Way, I share my techniques, methods, style, design and original creations, mainly in the form of online video tutorials and courses accompanied with downloadable blueprints and templates. There are also free recipes, resources, tools and a gallery. We hope that Yeners Way will help and inspire people to make amazing cakes for fun, friends, family or for business. We also hope to inspire and share all our past and current creations, as well as free tutorials. FREE Tutorials... https://www.youtube.com/yenersway Serdar Yeners autobiography is published here...
