Hi, I'm 33 and have been married for 10 years, unfortunately my husband and I have not been blessed with children. We done foster care for several years but we stopped because every time we lost a child it hurt more and more. I now stay home alone all day while he works and I have several hobbies. I decided last summer to start decorating cakes because its always been something I was interested in. I talked my husband into helping me on the first one and now 8 months later he's still helping me on everyone I make. We have gotten pretty good at it and now trying to turn it into a business. Lots of people want our cakes but they don't really want to pay $$$ for them. This past week we have gotten lots of orders for this upcoming month from people willing to pay the money. So it looks like this cake business just might work out. |
