I currently make cakes for friends and family only. I am anxiously awaiting the outcome of the Louisiana Cottage Food Law. I still want to spend a bit more time trying out recipes, especially for fillings and frostings, and practicing my decorating skills before I attempt to make anything for sale. I try to learn a new skill with each cake. |
