Hello! I am a professional pastry chef, who has worked in some of philadelphia's finest kitchens... Including Le Bec Fin and the Four Seasons, over the last 15 years. I am a culinary school grad, a presenter at the Amercian Culinary Federation's annual Chef's Congress, and former "rising Star Chef" presented by starchefs.com. I have also worked with Splenda to develop recipes for their website as well as their cookbooks, and have begun to experiment with gluten-free baking as well. I have recently started a small side project of custom cakes called Sweet Etcetera Cake Shop. |
