All About Me	Oh oh oh, it's magic! My love affair with cake began when I was given the task of stirring the coconut pecan filling for my grandmother as a little kid in the panhandle of Texas. She made the same German's chocolate cake for all occasions, she never skipped a beat. I watched, I learned, I loved. I was always so eager to help her, her cakes were simple, delicious and to me, they were heaven. I am now grown up, have two kids, a husband, ya know, all that. Through watching videos on youtube and picture tutorials all over the internet, I have aquired quite a few new skills that my grandmother didn't have. Such as gumpaste flowers, marshmallow fondant, and I have begun intrests in modeling chocolate. Can we say fun?! I am always on the hunt for recipes and decorating ideas. While I have just begun in the world of cake decorating, I have a passion and drive for this wonderful art of tasty things. I am not shy to say to someone "This cake is delicious, can I have the recipe?". My kids benefit from my obsession, they are my taste testers, and they are very honest. I have managed to make a little bit of money so far, selling cupcakes and gum paste flowers to folks I know. I just want more, more cake, more tools, more flavors, everything. So that's my story, nice to meet you.
