I'm 31 and have been a cake artist for less than 1 year. I was a VP of a big name bank for over 8 years, when I left banking to have a kidney transplant in 2007. I've been working as an HR generalist and Administrator to the CEO of the architect who designed the new world trade buildings. In 2010 I had my 2nd kidney transplant, and 5 months later I was pregnant with my first child, she is my Angel and 18 month old now. I started baking to keep me busy while working part time. I love every minute of my new found talent and am always seeking to learn more. |
