I am a single mother of 3, work 2 jobs but love baking in my spare time. I've been making cupcakes for 2 years, but only made my first 'big' cake 8 months ago for a work colleague just before Christmas 2011 so am still very much learning....but am thoroughly enjoying the challenge when a friend asks "Can you do a cake of a........" so far I haven't failed to please....but year this my sister wants me to make her wedding cake....pressure much!! xXx |
