I began cake decorating and sugar art in August 2010. I own a few business but sugar art and cake design is my passion! I love to escape to my cake studio and make sugar flowers and decorate cakes. I am self taught because there are no cake decorating classes here in the Cayman Island. With two young boys I cannot justify flying off for a course right now. So I watch videos, read and look at cake picture to learn new techniques. The videos by Edna del la Cruz, Inspired by Michelle and Sharon Zambito, have helped me the most. |
